Everyone wants to be their own boss. So it’s no surprise that many people have done what we office folks had been dreaming of the moment we met our first boss – open a business. Sure it’s high risk but, when done correctly, it can sure reap high rewards. And one of the businesses that had entertained the thoughts of many had been operating a bakery.
When you think about it, bakeries (or pastry shops) can’t be beat. I have never met anyone with open hatred for bread. And the Lord knows how many people love sweet treats. So really… bakeries are kind of a no brainer. Mix that fact with a blind passion for slaving away in the kitchen all day and you’ve got a business you could love.
